Gold is the highest competency level obtainable through Microsoft. This further demonstrates SBS’ capabilities in providing implementation, consulting and support services for business management solutions including Microsoft Dynamics AX, GP and SL. Microsoft’s Partner Network recently made comprehensive changes to their certification process, significantly increasing the depth and breadth of requirements needed to achieve an advanced competency. Microsoft estimates that less than less than 25% of its partners will achieve gold competencies. The new criteria to achieve these competency levels include requirements around consulting staff, revenue commitments, implementation methodology certifications and customer references. Although, partners had up to 12 months to meet these new requirements, SBS Group was able to achieve the highest certification for ERP in just three months due to its highly-qualified staff.
