November 29, 2011:  ICAN Software Solutions has released GeoData for Dynamics GP which automatically downloads geographic data including latitude and longitude for all address records. It also automatically validates and updates the address information at the same time. Geographic data allows for mapping GP data on maps with SRS report builder.  Also, ICAN Software Solutions has announced that their latest release of Vendor Price Matrix now includes vendor contract history and works with purchase orders generated by GP Manufacturing.

November 1, 2011: M Force Staffing, Inc. selects PAM from Professional Advantage.  After going through different back office staffing software systems, M Force found their match after seeing and experiencing what Personnel Agency Management (PAM) would be able to do for them upon implementation. January 31, 2011:  SBS Group, a leading technology consulting firm, has officially achieved a Gold Competency in ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) through Microsoft’s Partner Network. Gold is the highest competency level obtainable through Microsoft. This further demonstrates SBS’ capabilities in providing implementation, consulting and support services for business management solutions including Microsoft Dynamics AX, GP and SL. Microsoft’s Partner Network recently made comprehensive changes to their certification process, significantly increasing the depth and breadth of requirements needed to achieve an advanced competency. Microsoft estimates that less than less than 25% of its partners will achieve gold competencies. The new criteria to achieve these competency levels include requirements around consulting staff, revenue commitments, implementation methodology certifications and customer references. Although, partners had up to 12 months to meet these new requirements, SBS Group was able to achieve the highest certification for ERP in just three months due to its highly-qualified staff. December 13, 2010:  The Microsoft Dynamics SL User Group held its annual conference in San Diego, CA on September 22nd – 24th which produced the largest gathering of Dynamics SL Users in the group’s history.  The SL User Group began as a partner led user group out of Atlanta, GA in 2001.  The first organized national conference launched in 2005 with 62 attendees.  225 attendees gathered in San Diego for the 2010 conference, up from 147 the previous year. October 26, 2010:  Equisys, Inc., Zetadocs 4.0 for Microsoft Dynamics NAV is now available. The new version brings even tighter integration with NAV, using the Role Tailored Client (RTC) to provide a ‘drag and drop’ interface which automatically archives emails, faxes or scanned documents, creating links from NAV to SharePoint. March 8, 2009: As part of its ongoing commitment to give back to the community, SBS Group sponsored its first annual food drive during October and November.
