The Partner Channel and Dynamic Partner Connections Collaborate to Offer More Learning OpportunitiesBy Bethany Foyt
The last day a half has been so chock-full of good times and fun happenings at The Partner Connections Event 2014 (#TPCE14), I’m not sure how to condense it into a short article.
You know what they say- pictures say a thousand words, so we’ll give that a try…
#TPCE14 Sponsor Reception took place Monday evening on the 20th floor of the Renaissance Hotel and man, what a view. Not only were attendees wooed by the beautiful chandeliers and nummy assortment of pastas, but by our amazing event sponsors. Learn more about each of their companies and products here: http://www.thepartnerconnectionsevent.com/sponsors/.
Pat Gibson from Plumbline Solutions and Meghan Burner from Click Dimensions were our proud winners of NFL tickets to the Rams vs. 49ers. Rumor has it, Pat gave his tickets to his employees and Meghan opted to bring along her boss. Sounds like all had a great time, even if the home team didn’t pull it off.
An eventful evening didn’t stop attendees from getting up at the break of dawn for a little exercise this morning. A great thank you to deFacto Global for sponsoring and hosting the Sunrise Scramble this year and other than a slight mist, the rain stayed away!
The first day of The Partner Connections Event 2014 has already been filled with an inspiring keynote, informative and well-attended sessions, fun Q&A lunch with Hal Howard and Andy Hafer, and networking with event sponsors in the hall. The tornado watch in effect until later tonight has no affect on the energy at the Renaissance Grand Hotel in St. Louis! Check out some pictures below and read more about the keynote here.

Amie Sauvan, Senior Channel Marketing Specialist at Perceptive Software, shares some great feedback about The Partner Connections Event 2013…
I recently had the opportunity to attend a partner event as an “observer” assigned to bring back with me some best practices to apply in our own partner ecosystem. I had never attended the event before and wasn’t even certain that there would be best practices to return with and share, but fortunately this ended up being a successful event in my eyes and I did indeed glean some valuable insight, while having fun in the process. Here are several areas that I thought the organizers excelled at, making attendees feel included and expected, all of which fostered event intimacy for the partners:
