Providing sales, marketing, and leadership-focused publications and events for Microsoft Dynamics Partners.
It was such a pleasure to exhibit at this year’s User Group Summit in Nashville. It marked our third year being in the expo, sharing The List with users to help them navigate the vast sea of Microsoft Dynamics add-ons.
I was extremely impressed with the Jenga knowledge throughout the Dynamics community and in addition to educating The List ladies about the rules, many users tried their hand at searching The List for specific add-ons while in the expo. So much so that our traffic saw a 60% increase over the average visits we usually get in a week!
Here are some of those users and even some Partners enjoying their time in our booth. Thank you all for stopping by and for using The List Mobile.
Don’t forget that The List gets updated each quarter and to receive a heads up on those updates, make sure to sign up for The List Alerts.
Ronda Kilian from DexPros is one of the consulting firms in The List and we sat down with her to learn more about her and her company…
The Partner Channel (TPC): How did DexPros start out?
Ronda Kilian (RK): The company began 12 years ago. I had worked for Great Plains and Microsoft for six years and then when they eliminated my group, I left but continued the same work because I saw such a need for it in the Partner channel. I wanted to continue offering those services and that’s when I formed my own consulting company.
In those early years, I had associates from Microsoft come work for me. Some have gone on to other things and some come back. At one time, I had six different people. We’ve never been huge, but our focus has always been custom development and integrations for Microsoft Dynamics GP.
TPC: Tell us more about the services you do for Microsoft Dynamics GP Partners and do you work solely for Partners?
RK: I do work directly with some users, but the majority of my work is contracting out to Partners. I have been all over the place in terms of customization in Microsoft Dynamics GP. More so in the Sales Order Processing (SOP) and Purchase Order Processing (POP) modules dealing with inventory management. I’ve done more integration and customization there than other areas of business.
What happens when The Partner Channel Magazine Winter 2017 goes live?? The Winter 2017 version of The List is available too.
So, after (or before :)) you read some stellar articles around how the more things change, the more things stay the same, download your copy of The List (pdf version) or browse new products and solutions at www.thelistmobile.com.
Maybe it was the beautiful weather in Tampa, but what a wonderful week at User Group Summit!
Great new connections and a renewed energy among Microsoft Dynamics users gave The Partner Channel team a huge boost of motivation last week. So much so, that we’re already looking forward to Nashville next year.
Thanks to everyone who stopped by our booth about The List. We enjoyed helping users find the right Microsoft Dynamics add-ons to round out their solutions. A few Users even stopped to share how much they love The List. Check out their thoughts on our YouTube page.
We also very much enjoyed having a number of ISVs who have their solutions in The List join us for interviews. Learn more about these ISVs…
Jane celebrated her 11th year at The Partner Channel last month and she wants the Microsoft Dynamics community to keep working together.
A great example of this is through The List. We have over 100 Partners participating in The List. Over 90% have been in The List since the beginning and those that may have left to try other marketing tactics come back to The List because it’s targeted, cost effective, and in front of Partners AND Users every quarter through The Partner Channel Magazine and the User Group Magazines.
Listen in how The List and other Partner Channel offerings can help you get connected with other Partners…
I always look forward to reading The Partner Channel Magazine and find that the content is very interesting, on topic, and easy to read, which makes it all very valuable to our company.- Jeffrey Porter, RockySoft Corporation
